Our Buro Four Manchester team successfully handed over new offices to Pinsent Masons at Spinningfields in Manchester last Friday. The project was completed on programme and under budget.

The 35,000 sq ft office fit out and relocation provides a new open plan working environment to the law firm who wanted to consolidate its resources from two smaller buildings into a more contemporary office with more space. Buro Four prepared an initial brief that enabled Pinsent Masons to identify and understand the key business challenges it would face. This allowed us to help organise them internally to manage these challenges early on in the process, leading to a clearer brief and a more robust design.

As Project Manager, Buro Four also managed the design team, liaised with the developer, assisted in the review of facilities management policies and provided strategic procurement advice and management. HKR Architects were the interior designers.
