Nick Hague made the final three at the North West Insider Young Property Professionals award ceremony in April 2009.

At 34, Nick was made responsible for the management of the Manchester office together with David Boles. We can proudly say that his leadership style has significantly increased the sense of ‘team’ within the office by implementing regular team meetings and an open culture for people to share their knowledge and experience. Nick has also increased the level of business development activity motivating the team to take part and take responsibility for their own development.
