The first phase of this £35m mixed use scheme in Birmingham has reached completion.  The 100 bedroom hotel which forms part of phase one opened on time, seeing 95% occupancy on its first evening. The project is the gateway between Birmingham’s thriving business district and the Jewellery Quarter and St. Paul’s Square. Later phases will see the implementation of 60,000sq ft of retail space and residential units. Buro Four was initially appointed to provide Employer’s Agent services, however our service level was increased mid-way through the project to a full project management role to ensure successful delivery.
