Steve concentrates on overseeing the finance, IT, administration and HR side of the business using with a wealth of experience in business planning and change management.

Steve's recent work has focused upon improving the infrastructure of the company ensuring all parts of the business are adding value in a real way. Steve says his job is made easier "because we have so many good people in Buro Four, the key is making sure they all understand what we are trying to achieve, then leave them the space to make it happen."
