Jon is an Operational Director with over ten years' experience in the commercial developments sector, particularly leading projects and securing and winning new business. He is the sector champion for residential and mixed use developments at Buro Four.

He has also been involved in working across a variety of sectors including arts, education, retail, leisure, regeneration and infrastructure on a number of high profile projects. Jon has a degree in Building and Construction Management.

He is currently working on a new 221 unit 47 storey residential tower in the Docklands, a new 160 unit, nine storey building on the Limehouse cut canal and a new 71 unit residential scheme by Camden Lock, all for Londonewcastle. He is also working on a 600 unit residential-led mixed use development for Muse Developments in Canning Town and the development of a sustainable community adjacent to Crawley in West Sussex for Crest Nicholson incorporating 2500 dwellings, a new railway station and mixed-use centre which is due to complete by 2018.
