Based in our Leeds office, John is our Regional Director responsible for all activity in the North of England. He has more than 30 years' experience in the property and construction industry encompassing a wide variety of market sectors.

John was previously Director of Construction for Thornfield Properties plc, where he managed the delivery of a major retail/residential mixed-use regeneration project in Feltham town centre.

His most recent experience is with the University of York on the £120 million development of Heslington East campus, the £125 million Trinity Leeds Retail Development and the £130 million regeneration of Middlehaven in Middlesbrough.
