"Brought real benefit and value to the project" is how one client described his input. From a background in contracting and construction management, Iain has developed a wide range of skills that have enabled him to work closely with his clients to deliver some outstanding developments. With an empathy for good architecture and design, Iain has developed a through understanding of the design management process. Often recommended as the project manager of choice by architects, he has an inclusive style that allows creativity and ingenuity to flourish. Working with Singapore National Parks, Runnymede Bourough Council, National Trust, Wessex Water, Powergen and others, Iain always looks to the wider business drivers behind a project to really add value.

Iain currently sits on the British Council for Offices judging panel for the BCO awards 2009.
