David has a background in Civil Engineering and over 30 years experience in the UK, Europe and Asia. He was made a Director of Buro Four in 2006.

David has extensive experience in the provision of development and project management particularly on large complex projects and programmes. He has worked on major schemes for Standard Life and Southside Capital and has a wealth of experience including education in Universities and Academies. His most recent projects include Bradford and Lewisham Academies, 95 Gresham Street - a 110,000 sq ft, nine-storey high quality office building and 10 Gresham Street - a Foster + Partners 300,000 sq ft office development, both in the city of London. David has expertise in dispute resolution and is a specialist consultant on high rise buildings.
