Enfield Council has most recently employed Buro Four to act as project managers on a feasibility study for a proposed new depot in Edmonton, London N9.
Buro Four has worked with Enfield Council providing project management services within their property services framework since Autumn 2006. We have been appointed on a number of projects including the refurbishment of a council office building in Edmonton Green and a feasibility study for a purpose built works depot site identified on the Montagu Industrial Estate. The site was not developed and the Council has subsequently been searching for other sites. A potential location to house the majority of its requirements has been identified at a site in Edmonton.
The site comprises approx. 4.4 acres of developed site, including 120,500 sq ft of existing warehouse space. The site requires parking for over 100 council vehicles including refuse and street cleansing vehicles, plus vehicle maintenance facilities, office accommodation and staff changing rooms. Buro Four has worked with the Council to develop four possible options with costs and a programme for delivery.
