Buro Four was appointed as Project Manager on 1 Old Jewry - a new build office development in the heart of the City of London - containing nine storeys of office and retail accommodation above ground plus a basement.  The building utilises the existing basement and is built on a steel frame, clad with a predominantly portland stone façade.

Buro Four is currently project managing the redevelopment of Princes House and Bartlett House – 95 Gresham Street - into a new eight-storey high quality office development with retail shell units. The project faces a number of complex site issues unique to the area. Its location is within the Guildhall Conservation Area and therefore the buildings will be redeveloped behind retained façades. It is also close to Roman and medieval ruins so works have to be sensitive to their impact on the archaeology of the site.
