Pinsent Masons is an expanding firm of solicitors that wanted to consolidate its resources from two smaller buildings into a more contemporary office that gave it more space for its growing business. Buro Four prepared an initial brief that enabled Pinsent Masons to identify and understand the key business challenges it would face. This allowed us to help organise them internally to manage these challenges early on in the process, leading to a clearer brief and a more robust design.
As Project Manager, Buro Four also managed the design team, liaised with the developer, assisted in the review of facilities management policies and provided strategic procurement advice and management.
