Buro Four has a long-standing relationship with IVG Development UK, having most recently worked as Project Manager on 14 Cornhill, London EC2 and 21 Palmer Street, London SW1.

Working as Project Manager for 14 Cornhill – a prestigious retail and office development in the City of London - was an inspiring challenge.  Key issues were to retain the historical elements from the original building constructed between 1928 and 1930, whilst modernising and extending the office floor plates, undertaking substantial structural alterations to provide additional office areas at seventh and eighth floor levels within a confined city centre development and bringing together a complex mix of new and old structure. The refurbished Grade II* listed building comprises retained historic features including the Banking Hall, 5th floor panelled meeting rooms and external façades.

Buro Four also provided full project management and strategic development advice, from initial purchase to completion of Cat A works and monitoring of the tenant fit-out on 21 Palmer Street.  Following the demolition of the original Caxton Hall, the rear section was developed into a nine-storey office building of 57,000 sq ft with a unique circular floor plate.  The building won the National BCO Award for Best Commercial Office in 2007.
