Derwent London is a dynamic developer committed to high-quality design.
Buro Four's ability to work alongside the UK's leading architects, combined with the provision of clear focus and direction, allows Derwent London's project teams to do what they do best.
We are currently Project Managers on the Angel Building in Clerkenwell - the large scale refurbishment and extension of an existing six-storey building into a high quality office space with retail units on the ground floor. South and east facing extensions are being created, as well as a courtyard infill to the centre, forming a new atrium.
We have also provided full project management to a number of other prestigious Derwent London schemes including the 150,000 sq ft Johnson Building in Hatton Garden, plus the 108,000 sq ft Telstar House development currently occupied by Rio Tinto and the mixed-use office and residential development at 55-65 North Wharf Road, both within the Paddington Waterside regeneration scheme.
