Buro Four was appointed to provide project management and development management services, including securing vacant possession of the site, overseeing the master planning and architectural design with presentations with CABE and GLA, developing alternative development options and appraisals, interacting with regional and local authorities to ensure that the scheme could be delivered and delivering a robust, deliverable planning application. Buro Four’s role included managing all Council and wider stakeholder negotiations including an extensive public consultation and exhibition.
