The redevelopment of a 5.7 acre site to accommodate 49 shops, including four units ranging from 17,000 to 24,000 sq ft, designed for fashion retailers such as H&M, Next and Zara and a 90,000 sq ft Debenhams department store over three levels.

Parkway will also have 184 flats, 20% of which will be affordable housing.  Residential units are on a podium above the retail units and most flats will benefit from a 0.75 acre communal roof garden.

In addition, a two-level, 784 space underground car park for shoppers and residents will be constructed. 

Buro Four was appointed to provide full Project Management services, with duties including assisting the CPO process; procurement advice; delivering a strategy for existing retailers to continue trading during works; tenant liaising negotiations; team appointments; liaising with Local Authorities and monitoring and managing the discharge of planning conditions.
