Health Properties (Bath) Ltd has completed a new private healthcare facility on the outskirts of Bath. It will endeavour to provide a full range of healthcare services in an environment that is higher in quality than that which is currently being provided in the UK healthcare market. The hospital accommodates four operating theatres, a range of out-patient facilities, consultation suites and approximately 30 bedrooms.
The hospital is the first of a significant development programme on behalf of Health Properties Limited that at present envisages roll-out of circa 20 similar facilities across the UK.
Buro Four was the Construction Project Manager responsible for ensuring that the building programme, budget and quality aspirations are achieved. Our role was to provide a full range of project management services, including preparation of project programme and consolidation of client brief, management of overall development budget and project management role associated with the NEC form of contract.
